Responsibilities & Achievements

Project management and coordination
Project management and monitoring for Back-Offices, Middle-Offices and Front Offices, from analysis to business requirements, needs definition, planning, resources management, progression monitoring, « go live » and production support.
These projects were either carried out for independent entity or in coordination with other business and technical teams.
- Analysis for Alltra (Trade Finance BO’s system) deployment in Société Générale New York.
- Definition and deployment of a common FO - MO - BO referencing system for customers’ conditions.

Process optimization and quality
Review of working methods and business processes in order to reduce costs and operational risks (productivity gains of 10% over 1 year).
Establishment of a communication guidelines, methodologies (forms, monitoring methods for projects and activity…) in order to improve controls and work quality.

Test plan definition and following
Test plan definition for the new Paris’ BO Trade Finance system (Alltra). Implementation and results tracking.
Main interlocutor for technical teams
Main interlocutor with analysts and developers in technical teams, in order to offer them assistance and business competences, to make a follow-up on common project and to improve relations and exchanges between teams with different profiles and cultures.

Activity follow-up
Definition and creation of tools for monitoring resources and activity evolution, in order to define the global management guidelines.
Analysis on activity changes, expertise on variations and evolution estimation.

Business requirements analysis
Research and analysis of new business needs related to the Trade Finance. Documentation and functional needs detailed requirements writting. Monitoring production and catalogue - System Alltra Trade Finance, Finance Horus ....
