Motivations
I am currently manager of the Governance and Operational Risk team of BNP Paribas Corporate & Investment Banking Australia. This includes conduct interviews and workshops with final users and/or IT, business needs redaction, technical specification reviews, delivery plans management, test plans definition and follow-up, and communication and formation with all actors involved in the project. The main achievements of those position has been successful objective of 10% productivity increases in Back Office recorded in less than 9 months in Société Générale, and the successful migration to new accounting standard I coordinated in BNP Paribas Amsterdam and Brussels.
In 2008, I have also been in charge of coordination and gap analysis of the business part for the implementation of a new Trade Finance System in New York City. My mission was to assist New-York Back-Office to identify their business cases, workflow redation, and to ensure understanding with the Paris technical teams.
After six years of experience, I have developed a strong expertise as business analyst and project coordinator. Comfortable both in project mode and production environments, my goal is now to use my skills to solve new problems and to accomplish new challenges.
